Warranty conditions:
1. After-sales service protocol for DecoBoutik customers General: The use of this website or registration as a user presupposes acceptance of these conditions.
Warranty: All products offered in the DecoBoutik catalog have a 2-year warranty according to European law.
Complaints: The customer has a period of 48 hours from receipt of the order to report any possible incident to DecoBoutik Customer Service.
2. How do I receive a shipment?
All our items leave the warehouse with the packaging in perfect condition. The first thing to do is to check that the number of packages received matches those sent.
The second thing is to check the outside of each package very carefully for signs of impact or handling, such as dents, dents, holes, boxes in poor condition, mail seals, or any signs that may suggest that the merchandise may be damaged.
It is mandatory to leave "PACKAGE VISUALLY DAMAGED" signed on the driver's or courier's delivery note, whether paper or digital (PDA), if these indications are present.
Failure to sign a package as VISUALLY DAMAGED and then present images demonstrating that there has been visible damage will automatically be grounds for rejection of the incident.
3. What should I do in the event of an incident? (Breakage in Transportation, Wrong Product, Some Products Are Missing, Missing Parts)
At DecoBoutik, the customer will have up to 48 hours from receipt of the goods to report an incident via email contact@decoboutik.com. After this period we will no longer be able to claim transport insurance and our system will not allow you to open the incident.
• Order not received, for inquiries about shipments you have not yet received or for shipments for which you have not received all the packages sent (partial receipt).
• Order received, to report incidents after you have received all the packages in your order. You must provide all required documents as requested. The sending of incorrect or inaccurate documents, or the absence thereof, will invalidate any possibility of claim and will result in the cancellation of the claim. As a buyer, you must provide all the information required by DecoBoutik to be able to properly finalize the incident.
You can find all the information requested in the packing list that is attached to all our shipments. This contains your order, the requested references and the stamps or numbers of the operators who prepared your order (check check check 1 and 2). It will be necessary to provide a clear and as detailed explanation as possible in the Comments field. You must also add the requested images of the object of the complaint to the attached files.
4. How do I return goods with manufacturing defects to DecoBoutik?
In the event that the buyer wishes to return the defective goods, he will assume the costs arising from it, after having informed DecoBoutik so that we can wait for the receipt of the said return.
They must prepare the package in optimal conditions and to do this they must place all defective products inside one or more large cardboard boxes. Please note that the original boxes of the products themselves must reach us intact, free of stickers or damage. Reinforcement of the cartons and good sealing are therefore essential.
You must stick the label provided by DecoBoutik on each package to be printed. Don't forget to print and affix to each package this label which contains the RMA number associated with your collection, the package number and an identification barcode. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not cover wear and tear or misuse in any way.
We will only refund money for products with a factory defect, so you should pay close attention to those that are already showing signs of wear or damage.
In case of damaged packaging or shipping stickers, 100% of the product value will not be returned. It is therefore important that the goods to be returned are reinforced with another cardboard box and do not damage the product itself.
Once the products have been received, DecoBoutik will analyze each of them and once verified, the replacement or refund will be made, as the case may be. The process of checking and refunding the merchandise can take several weeks from the time it is received at our warehouse.
5. Return of products in perfect condition
DecoBoutik will not accept the return of products that are not in perfect condition under any circumstances.
6. In what cases will DecoBoutik not return 100% of the value of the product?
- When products show obvious symptoms of misuse, unwarranted wear and tear, or arrive in an unhealthy state.
- In the case of products without a box or returned with the box damaged, or with transport stickers making the boxes unusable, 50% of the value of the product will be deducted.
- In the case of products with missing parts or accessories, or where the description of the defect does not correspond to reality, no refund will be made.
Very important: any product returned to DecoBoutik that does not have any anomalies or whose return description does not correspond to reality will not be refunded.
7. When is the refund money refunded?
Once the goods have been received in our warehouses, and after checking their condition, the amount will be refunded. Please note that the refund process may take several weeks until the merchandise received is valued.
8. What happens if the buyer doesn't pick up their order?
When an order is not picked up by the recipient, it is returned to our warehouse. Once received at the warehouse, it is automatically managed by the SAT team and forwarded to the administrative department to process the payment. Shipping the order, as well as returning it to the warehouse, will incur shipping costs, which must be borne by the person who placed the order.
You will therefore receive a refund corresponding to the return of the order, excluding return shipping costs. Please note that this process may take several weeks.
9. How long is the warranty?
Offering the highest quality and the best warranty is our commitment to our customers. All items have a two-year warranty from the date of delivery, with the exception of refurbished products which are for 12 months.
10. What is not included in the warranty?
- Defects caused by negligence, knocks, misuse or handling, improper voltage, improper installation, or materials subject to wear and tear due to normal use are not included.
- In the case of computer items, the warranty will not cover the removal of viruses, the restoration of programs for this reason or the reinstallation of the disk caused by its deletion.
11. The warranty will lose its value...
- If any information on the Purchase Receipt or Purchase Receipt is changed, altered, or replaced.
- If the identification number or the guaranteed device itself is handled or repaired without the knowledge of the Technical Service.
