The highest possible wattage is 1800 Watt and with this setting the hot plate will heat up very quickly. The timer can be set for a maximum of 180 minutes, ideal for a stew or a curry. The temperature range is from 60⁰ to 240⁰ degrees, so you can keep the hot plate at a constant temperature. Returns Policy
